Ethernet Troubleshooter

Please follow the following troubleshooting wizard for further assistance

General Info:

Your display's ethernet connectivity is handled by a Lantronix Ethernet to Serial Converter built into your display. This server is a 10-baseT node and will communicate only through a 10-baseT or 10/100 autoswitching connection. Please ensure that the hub or other network device shows a "Link" light on when the display is pluged in.

We will need to determine if you have a MSS485, a UDS10 or Cobox. The MAC address of the Lantronix device should be on the outside of your display. If your MAC Address Reads [00-80-A3-1D-XX-XX] Then you have a MSS485. If it reads [00-20-4A-72-XX-XX] you have a UDS10 or Cobox
